Maintaining and update database with daily received emails. Job Responsibilities 1. Search internal vendor base for pricing 2. Correspondence using emails with company vendors internationally 3. Keeping informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends. 4. Enter pricing in system 5. Link pricing to match customer required parts 6. Data entry and Update status when needed 7. Follow up quotes, research and update customer with delivery status Qualifications/Requirements: - Must have a laptop/desktop - Must have a high speed internet - Must have a noise-cancelling headset - Must be fluent in English - Must have good customer service skills - Must be teachable and can follow specific instructions - Proficient in Microsoft outlook - Able to multi-task - Focused on growth and long-term stability - Solutions oriented - No selling required Work Hours (USA - PST) -7:30am to 4:30pm Please send resume
