We are looking for a Lead Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The role involves two aspects: Technical and Managerial. Technical means working with our clients or their Tech Leads to architect features for existing and new products as well as acting as the 'technical authority' and Test Driven Development evangelist. This role also involves the training and management of new or existing team members. Responsibilities: - Lead software development within the internal or outsourced contractors. - Train, develop and mentor current and future software development staff. - Work with clients to architect solutions and new features for existing products. - Collaborate with department heads to ensure that all new software products can be supported.
