We are seeking a virtual assistant to take care of the following tasks: 1. Making appointments for clients 2. Making an invoice request 3. Organizing email and calendars: keeping an eye on emails for responses, scheduling important occasions and meetings 4. Conduct research or assist in integrating tools to enhance customer service or productivity. 5. Prepare documents with filled-in fields for electronic signatures. 6. Plan and oversee the team's quarterly social events. 7. Experience generating leads is ideal.
