We are looking for an HR Professional, with the following qualifications: • HR, Psychology, or related field of study. • Has good communication skills in both oral and written English • Has the initiative to perform regular task and able to coordinate with local team leaders • At least 3 years experience in the field • Knowledge in Office 365 applications including databases • Familiarity in a corporate work environment. Responsibilities in coordination with other team members • Maintenance of employee records (digital 201 file) • Review of applicant resume • Assistance in the preparation of payroll • Participate in the interview process and creating the appropriate writeup to be included in the package sent to the requesisitiong teams. • Monitor 3-month review period, year-end and goal-setting. • Creation of appropriate forms and updates • Orientation of new team members introduction to the company culture including policies and timekeeping regulations. This will include upldating our presentation materials and creating a video file for an online orientation, inclduing the creation of a post training questionaire. • Coordinate HIPAA training where needed. • Such other projects that may be requested.
