Adeptness in staying current with developments in related technologies and photography. 4. It helps to have good communication skills. 5. Adaptable and capable of working with little direction. Job Responsibility: 1. Accept the dispatcher's job orders. 2. Editing of the entire video 3. Resolving conflicts, negotiating with the dispatcher and/or clients, and ensuring that deadlines are met. 4. Deal with clients one-on-one, especially VIPs, and negotiate 5. Uphold tidiness and organization in his or her department 6. Notify management as soon as possible of any issues that may occur in the office or during the exhibit, fair, or event. 7. As assigned, carry out additional tasks, particularly in urgent situations.
