Responsibilities:

•  Spearheading the design and development of digital assets, websites, and web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. 
• Leading communication of design concepts and project progress using advanced UX strategies, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams. 
• Elevating wireframes into seamless user interfaces, integrating cutting-edge functionalities for optimal performance across diverse devices. 
• Championing brand alignment and usability standards, ensuring all designs reflect the client's identity and exceed industry benchmarks. 
• Innovating through the testing and enhancement of digital products, driving continuous improvement and staying ahead of emerging trends. 
• Providing expert guidance on aesthetic direction, mentoring junior team members, and shaping the creative vision of projects. 
• Overseeing the maintenance and evolution of digital assets throughout the build and launch phases, maintaining a standard of excellence. 

Qualifications:

•  A Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, or related fields, with extensive professional experience in digital design and front-end web development. 
• A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills, creativity, and a track record of successful front-end development projects. 
• Mastery of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with proficiency in After Effects for 2D motion graphics as a notable asset. 
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these technologies to create engaging user experiences. 
• Outstanding communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex design concepts and leading productive discussions. 
• Exemplary problem-solving abilities and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution across all aspects of work. 
• A positive mindset, adaptability, and a continuous drive to learn and adopt new techniques and technologies, staying at the forefront of industry trends. 
• A deep understanding of technology and a design-centric mindset, combining technical expertise with a keen eye for aesthetics to deliver impactful digital solutions.
