Full job description
- A high school degree or its equivalent (must be at least eighteen years old).
- Six months or more of professional experience using web-based and computer-based tools
- Proficiency in multitasking using a phone and computer
- The flexibility to alter your schedule often (every three weeks) with two weeks' notice
- Obtain a positive result on a pre-employment drug test in order to be evaluated.
Your vital role as a customer care representative will be to enable our clients to take their prescription drugs and become more generally well. You will essentially be working from home in this fully remote role. This position will need you to work a flexible, shortened workweek that might begin and end outside of regular business hours. This job requires 30 to 39 hours per week, but it could need more or less because of commercial prerequisites.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide virtual support to clients and other advisors with inquiries about products, services, billing and insurance verification via phone, email, and the internet.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Determine answers to the queries you foresee our clients asking at every opportunity in a proactive manner.
- Whenever a problem arises, deal with it head-on and take ownership of it. If clinical advice is required, work in tandem with the pharmacist and pharmacy personnel to find solutions.
- Deliver the greatest possible customer service while operating in a hectic setting.
- Respond to consumer questions about shipping requirements, insurance, and copays
- Offer technical assistance to our clients so they can use pharmacy.amazon.com
- In order to make sure we are optimizing our relationship with customers, we must serve them promptly.
- Recognize that every interaction offers the chance to forge a lasting relationship rather than just resolving a single issue.
- Encourage consumer safety and privacy by abiding by the company's work-from-home policy.
